Extra heavy (3" wide/3 layers thick) hinge points between flotation logs ensuring vertical stability and float integrity 4' long flotation logs which offer better wave conformity, ease of handling, and stowage 1/4" thick polyethylene foam flotation tight wound, and welded construction gives superior performance High tensile-strength aluminum and connectors and IPS's unique Universal and ASTM versions, exceeding industry standards. All cables, chains, and shackles are hot dip galvanized.  Fasteners are stainless steel. Pre-loaded tension members ensure that the fabric NEVER takes the load.  Top tension cable is terminated directly into the connectors.  Proof coil chain connected with high test shackle. A large selection of base fabrics, coatings, weights, and colors are available. State of the art weld techniques and weld traceability.
